Acute attacks do not occur with Porphyria cutanea tarda (PCT).

Purpuric rash is the most common presenting feature of cryoglobulinaemia but other cutaneous features which may occur are Raynaud’s phenomenon, telangiectasiae, urticaria and pigmentation
