According to NICE guidelines, target of HbA1c is 6.5-7.5%,
BP target is 135/75,
albumin:creatinine target is ratio >2.5 (men) and >3.5 (women), renal consult advised if creat >150, and
ACE inhibitor should be introduced to those with microalbuminuria.
