Congenital adrenal hyperplasia: Hirsutism, ambibuous genitalia and precocious puberty in boys (normal puberty is seen in girls). Premature epiphyseal closure is a classical feature of CAH. It is also associated with hyperpigmentation and hyperreninaemia due to sodium loss and hypovolaemia.
