In Ebstein's anomaly, there is congenital malpositioning of the tricuspid valve - the posterior and septal leaflets are displaced into the right ventricular cavity. Tricuspid regurgitation and enlarged right atrium is seen. Ebstein's anomaly is associated with maternal lithium use during pregnancy
