Hypersensitivity reactions
Anaphylaxis is a type I reaction (atopic diseases).
Good pasture's syndrome and Coomb's positive haemolytic anaemia are type II
reaction (antibody to antigenic components).
Serum sickness is a type III reaction (immune complex disease).
An example of type IV reaction is contact dermatitis or allograft rejection (T cell mediated response).
