Marfan's syndrome is an autosomal dominant condition associated with ocular abnormalities such as upwards lens dislocation and retinal detachment. Aortic regurgitation may occur due to aneurysmal dilatation a feature. Upper to lower body ratio (head- symphysis pubis : Symphysis pubis- toes) is decreased in Marfan Syndrome.
