Primary biliary cirrhosis:

age women, anti-mitochondrial
antibodies, pruritis, tiredness,
jaundice, raised ALP, associated
with autoimmune disease such as
Sjogren’s. Dx. Needs liver biopsy
for staging. Rx. Urodeoxycholic
acid, liver transplant.
