Familial adenomatous polyposis:


AD, tendency to colorectal cancer
at 40s, hypertrophy of retinal
pigment epithelium, fibromas,
epydermoid cyst, supernumerary
teeth. Follow up with colonoscopy
& removal of large polyps.
